Wivaldi is responsible for the entire setup of the physical event, including obtaining local permits, making AutoCAD drawings, ordering all the materials. Besides all the logistics we are managing the sports side of the event, liaising with USEF, FEI, making the FEI and  minute by minute schedules, hiring all the officials and ensuring that the sport runs smoothly and to Dutch timing!
